CV:
In March 2008, I joined the Graduate Institute of
Learning and Instruction at National Central
University as postdoctoral researcher. Before moving to Taiwan, I worked at WIT as graduate researcher and teaching assistant, conducting research in the area of adaptivity in learning systems and student modelling with respect to learning styles. In December 2007, I completed my PhD studies in Information Systems (German: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Dr.rer.soc.oec) at
Vienna University of Technology. My PhD thesis was about adaptivity in learning
management systems focussing on learning styles and can be downloaded here.
From 1998 to 2003, I did my master studies in Information Systems (German: Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mag.rer.soc.oec.) at
University of Vienna
and Vienna University
of Technology. Within my master thesis, I conducted research in the area of artificial intelligence, applying an ant colony optimization
algorithm in health care. My master thesis (in German) can be downloaded here.
